I've been a excercise fanatic since I got my first weider weight set when I was 11. I'm now 36. I havent missed more then a few work outs in all that time. You name it I've tried it. When I was 24 while in the Navy I entered a Seal team and experienced BW excercises X10. It stuck with me. I've boxed as an ametuer and trained as a Pro wrestler. Always staying in shape. In 1997 I recieved a Hiatel hernia while Heavy squating. I refused to stop and even bought a smith machine when I got out of the Navy. But finally I came to my senses. With bad elbows from boxing and the hernia I took up BW excercises again. I am always trying something new. You can be a world class bench presser but still be fat, but you cant do that with BW excercises. Thanks for the site and more great BW ideas.
