I quit smoking, eating more, gained some weight, lots of calories to burn. Sugestions? :wink:

google them all , err and my variation of hoc is basicly like this:
some time on a jump rope with dumells in each handle , then doing Dips or pushups , then Do burpees or rowing with a chest expendor for some time and alternate like this , it;s brutal and also packs upepr body mass and strength gives you a gymnasts body frame
p.s > are thosoe forum ranks gonna get any fancier?
