Hello to everyone. I'm new in this forum. I've been too much in front of the computer for few years and i'm out of shape. I don't want to go to the gym, i don't like it there. :? And i don't want to be like these bodybuilders who get often injurys, I want to be flexible too. But not too much, in the middle of them or something.
I've been looking for bodyweight exercises and found quite alot of them but i didn't found a workout plan (?) What exercises should i do on that day and what on the other day. Yea there are in this forum too but i haven't got a place to do pullups in my home. Are they really important? or i can do without them?
I often are on the last place when we run long distance in the scool, I'm tired of that. I know that i get a better runner when i run but i need just to train my legs, they are getting weak for the sitting. I want to train my full body.
I'm quite big too (188 cm), but not fat, a bit fat on the legs and on belly.
I got limited space on home and outdoors it getting coulder and coulder to workout there. As i sayd, no pullups possibility but i can do other exercises.
Ok i wrote quite long text but to say short i were grateful when you guys could do me a workout plan. Oh and i'm 16 years old if thats important.

Thanks for attention.

running sucks , basicly it's ovious that firdst thing is that you are out os shape but half of your class is too the big reason that you finish first is also your height......... unless you are a basketball player or a fighter the shorter you are the better is your performance in sports some sports like weight category olifting there are just a bunch of midgets =\

aaaanywayy
welcome aboard and
