Hi everbody.I found this site while searching for info on military style workouts.I plan on becoming a Commando here in Australia,so i have been looking at ways to train.I ve decided that i am going to drop weight work to focus on bodyweight exercises and energy system work..Are there any other guys here in the Military or taining to join the military.I would like to hear how others are training so that i can learn as much as possible.I have found a few workouts but i am not sure how to post them here.Do i need to post them in the link section or can i just post them here.I would like to post them to get some feedback from you guys.Let me know how i should post them.Cheers
