Oviiously the guy that wrote this up has no knoledge of BW ecersises , it's nothing beastly , this workout isn't flexible at all it might be good only for 0.X% of the people who try it

also some excersises like fingertip pushups don't fit everyone , I have fery small fingers and arms I can't do fingertip pushups effectivly and if I try it makes the joits there very painfull , And no delt work whatsoever..........

why so many people do not work thier delts with BW although they can very easily do it?

I forgot to add that this would just be a foundation. Of course things like back bridge pushups and pike pushups (cant do handstand yet) would be added. Plus you forget about indirect stimulation. The bench press will actually make your biceps grow simply because it stimulates muscle growth. They wont grow much but they will still gain a lil'.
It's beastly because of the rep numbers and how there are no breaks at all. Pushups are easy, 200 straight pushups are not as easy, 400 straight is pretty tough.

P.S. this did come from a bodybuilding website. most of the articles there say why do pushups when you can bench. Or why do handstand pushups when you can do military presses.

Noone even knows that handstand pushups are an option over there , maybe some who learned it in real life or elsewhere , bodybuilders look down on BW excersises since they suck at them.

And your delts won't grow from pushups or benching , well sure they will but overall the pecs will outbalance them so in comparison they will be smaller
