well i just wanted to say hi and give a formal introduction

first off my name is mike, im 15 and am athletic though i dont really look it. i play j.v football for my highschool and we weight train prior to the season then during the season we dont really do anything and i lack acess to a proper gym so i looked into bodyweight training and stumbled on to this site while on americanparkour.com, i just suffered an injury during a school football game which has delayed my progress with everything,

im in acceptable shape and considerably strong for my size and dominate kids much larger than me during games as i play offensive line. my legs are pretty strong but my upperbody can use some work. i realized though, that my leg being messed up is an oppurtunity for me to strengthen other bodyparts of mine as i cant practice,so i have time to workout now without having to worry about being sore the next day at football.

what i wanted to know is what exercises should i be doing to start off (keep in mind i currently only have one good leg, but everything else is fine)

basically i want to build on everything ,for example im not at the weight i'd like to be at and i know that tabata and things like sprints help with weightloss but i cant lose any weight right now because of football, i play offensive line and defensive line and thats where all the big boys are, I'm small compared to them but always beat them in almost any drill, but the problem is they are so big all they have to do is stand in the way and they basically complete their goal because of their size i on the other hand weigh at least 30 - 80 pounds less than them depending on who it is, the problem is that i exert alot of energy just trying to stand their and not get blown back so i need all the weight i have at this moment.

i'd like to get more muscular, a six-pack all those things and usually i opt for weights but they are only available to me during the summer when school is out.also there are drawbacks to weights as they completely isolate one muscle group whereas bodyweight exercises usually engage several. so i'd like to combine both for optimal results.

also i just injured my leg during a game two days ago and it is most likely an issue with the tendon or ligament so im limited to what i can do with lower body :( . but i beleive my legs are strong enough at the moment and would like to work on upper body and core.

First do deadlifts and snatches then talk about weigts isolating stuff , only pussy gyms excersieses isolate muscles .....

anyway want size? eat and lift heavy stuff , for upper body oviously I reccomend the HSPU , dip , pullup combo and variations

just wanted to say thanks and that i have done deadlifts and snatches, cleans etc. i was talking more about benching as it pretty much only does chest which leads to somewhat impractical real world usage I.E football, particularly line where even if you can bench 300 if other areas arent developed then its prety much useless.
