New here. Question for you.
How do I pick a level to start with ?
How do I know when to switch levels ?

The different levels listed work sort of as a catalogue, or so I've understood by now.
So you try some out, see which ones you can do and which ones you want to work up to and start mixing them up.
I like varying my excersises a lot so I pick different ones from different levels and keep it fun =)
