Been doing bw exercises on and off for @ 2 years and have had good results. I started working out by powerlifting and then bodybuilding for @ 8 years. Was serious about lifting when i started out and now been really serious about mma for the past few months. Doing a lot of bw exercises, dumbbell ex., boxing, and various takedowns, subs., chokes, sprints, anything really. I use to want to be a personal trainer and did everything but take the final test. I have a cousin that is a former marine and doing the PT thing and so we put together our own programs and train 5-6 days a week. Hope to learn and share here. 27, 5'8" 195lbs @ 17% bf. from NC. :shock:
