Ok well when im at home i CANT work out, theres too many distractions. Well today i found a nice park near my house, big lake you can walk around and what not so i thought it'd be fun to take the workout outdoors. I was thinking bring a backpack with some stuff i could use for working out. I was watching a video from www.fitbootcamp.com and he was using a (id guess) 20ft rope for many things ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZiFylgnBR0 ) i was thinking you could bring a rope and all that jazz and throw it in a backpack. Start off with a few laps round the lake + jumprope and/or sprinting up hills/stairs etc.. for cardio. Theres a kiddy park there too for some of the BW excersizes like chinups or what have you. Im just wondering what i could bring along + what excersizes i could do for a good all around body workout? Any thoughts?
In addition the weighted backpack (with all the stuff in it) would probably be good for the back while walking, and give some weighted resistance for things like chinups (when i can do them) and pullups.

Well... just do all the running and each lap stop to do dips chins and handstand pushups agienst a tree(Yep handstand pushups most people can't do them because ther deltroids are weak due to not working them out a lot)
then do some squats and stuff for legs
Basicly the Trio of chins dips and handstand pushups is everything you need for your upper body overall mass , they train all the three delt heads , triceps , biceps , brachilias , forearms , lats ,pecs and core all around...
Basicly you should be able to do about the same number in regular HSPU agienst something , full ROM(elbows above your shoulders) dips chinups and pullups. each to have a balnced physique.
You can do high \ easy reps by doing thier legs-on-the-ground variations in other words , pushups bent pushups and BW rows ,
move on to do them with both wide (side-to-side)and narrow grips as you get stronger
Then do the normal HSPU pullups and dips
...wide wide and narrow grips agani ... side to side ... one arm legs on the ground... one arm and basicly you get it
also there some other combinations along the way such as muscleups and gymnastics holds that are usefull
see what you can make of it maytbe do circuits like doing a 800-100 meter lap then stopping to do all 3 for one after another 3 times and go running again

You go to beastskills and learn a handstand then the pushups come easy It will take you a maximum of a week practicing a few minutes throughout the day to be able to get to a handstand agienst a wall like maybe on a 3rd attempt but it's not that hard eventually you won't eevn feel anythign unusual about being upside down
And err pullups and dips? wellI guess you know it all about them
