Do negatives. Jump so your head is over the bar, and lower slowly to the starting position for about 10 seconds.

ya? i thought someone was saying negatives were bad for you or something? Something bout increasing the risk of tearing muscles and junk? Ill give it a try though, any other ways?

Like two pullups followed by a static hold then negetives then negetiev chins then vertical rows then pullups to the door with one arm (If you need an explanation pm me) then two arms and then take like two dumbells like on your back and do pullovers .... in other words the emanest dropset possible

also do them more often and first thing in your workout if you want to take priority at that

If you can do one two.
Than do one every minute or so. A week or two later switch to two every minute or so.
You will increase your reps like that. May be to 5 or 6 in a month.

I did 8 sets, one per hour, of my max reps of chin ups. This was a over a year ago, but doing this 3 times in a week, I was able to get up from only 8 reps to 12 at the end of the week. unfortunately I have not worked on my pullups or chin ups much since then, and so have not made much improvement, but I will get back into them, and yes, negatives will definitley play a big part.
