Ok Im trying to put together a fairly well rounded workout based around my current abilties, please feel free to comment on it:
Btw TF=Till Failure

Cardio: Jump rope

Jump 2min
pushups TF
Repeat 5 times

Workout:

Upper body:
Press ups till failure x3
water break
Chair dips with added weigh (medicine ball) 10 x2
water break
diamond pushups TF x3
water break

Lower body:
I cant do squats well (knee probs) So im doing:
Back Lunges TF x3
sit against the wall at 90% TF x1 or 2
1 leg Full extension calf lift TF x3

midsection/core

For my back
Hyperextensions 10 x2
water break
Superman lift TF x3

Abs:
Vacuums TF x (just do them as much as possible between other workouts ie/ while getting water)
FBSB TF x same as Vacuums

I dont do all sets right after each other, i usually rotate, like 1 set of each excersize, 3times. How does this sound? Usually lasts about an hour or a bit more maybe

So ya, thats my first attempt at a full all around workout. I cant to pullups or handstands yet so this is about all i can do :P Is there any area im lacking in?

Hmm , where are your shoulders and back? and your biceps and all the other stuff ivolved with that dosn't get any work either

also the cardio is good for increacing max pushups number , but your heart rate and strength are sacrficed. nevertheless it's okey

you are overdoing the pressing bit quite a bit considering theres no overhead pressing and rowing

anyway keep workin out

Ok thanks, not sure what you mean bout the no back excersize parts, im doing those Superman lift things and what not. For my bicepts what would you suggest i do? I forgot to say that im doing pullups (not chinups). Thanks again, keep the C&C comin so i can get this workout fixed :)

And about the pressing, are you talking bout the diamond push ups and press ups? Should i do just the diamond press ups? Which do you think is better?

Pullups = upper back (Rear delts middle traps rhomboids latsimus dorsi and some)

pressing is oviously the pushups (or pressups same thing) diamond pushups and the like , trade soem sets off for bent pressups and handstand pushups
