Hence I don't have in the particular moment any *main goals* in training except to keep in shape, I tend to change routines a lot, to keep my mind happy. However, it seems that some use changes more like to make work-out more comprehensive, keep a better track about what has been done and what should be done...
So, how about you? Is it more like strickt routines, varied by some norm to make training most efficient ever, or is it having fun with changes and possibilities? Or, perhaps something all different?

Changes in routine for any reason you want at that time =]
but you find it more effective to make up a routine daily and keep a log like thoose errm cross fit guys I'm workout about the same way but I have my own workouts for my goals

To me it's about doing what I feel I need to work on and at the same time not get bored. I vary a lot with different excersises trying to always work my body completely.
I highly neglected my legs in the past  so I'm trying to find fun challenging things to do with them now.
I specially love trying out new types of pushups!

I tend to mix it up. Usually 3 structured days each week, and 2-3 unstructured days. I very the intensity depepnding on how I feel. the structured days are aimed at various goals, while the unstrucured days are largely aimed at keeping boredom at bay. Even on structured days, I loosen things up. It's exercise, not a job.
