I'm taking fitness completely seriously as of today.

Did todays APK workout of the day and it made me realize that I'm still unfit.

Couldn't do double unders do I did 400 normal rope skips.
Did all 100 burpees as well.

Took me exactly 24 minutes, I really need to improve.

didn't I tell you running sux? it sorts of sucks all theo ther aspects of fitness away from you into it...

your upper body will thank you

Today is parkour training day. Here are some things I'm gonna be doing.

- 5 kongs over a 6 foot table
- Dashes over an electric box
- Almost shoulder height kongs, possibly higher if I can do it.
- Precisions

Today's food
Breakfast- Smart Start Cereal
Afterschool Snack- Banana
Lunch- 3 scrambled eggs. Each egg has 7g of protein and 110 mg of Omega-3 Fats.
Dinner- Grapes, a cup of yogurt, and a natural peanut butter sandwhich.

that eating diet of yours is too small , you need 6 bigger meals even if your goal is to loose fat fast. like 6 meals with at least 30 g of protein each meal50G of omega 3 in the evning meals and 100-200 G carbs or somethign like that ...

I don't eat meat though so it is difficult to get that much protein per meal. Also, I eat other stuff along the day, but I didn't mention it.
