hi Im trying to learn the muscle up. Ive followed the instructions about how to start on a lower bar and start it with a jump. Either my jump or my pull is just a little weak. My waist is just not quite making it to the bar. I was wondering if there are some intermediate exercises for a muscle up. Currently I can do 16 pull ups and 32 burpees consecutively. Perhaps this just isnt enough fitness for a muscle up. Any suggestions would be great. thank you

my brother is a skinny fella that can't do over 15 pullups and he can do muscle-ups, it's all in the technique he said.
I have no idea how to do it tho, so can't help you there.

Muscle up is 90 percent technique.
It's difficult to explain this way. I seen people who never train for it, do it in one shot when the technique is either well explained to the or shown to them.
I also know guys who can do 20 pull ups and over 50 dips and can't do the muscle up. Also you better have a well conditioned wrist. Muscle ups can be tough on the wrist.
