A Great workout for the back muscles, shoulders, hands.

Start just by training your ballance by standing on your hands.
Strencth comes whit in it, then just put hand infront of the other.
For advancced walkkers there are always the stairs you cant walk up or down.

Not, saying that you shoud go walk some killer stairs =D

But if you like to train some acrobatiks its good training.
