Okey some people think there impossible because you need your secund arm to avoid spinning below the paralelets ... well the truth is that yes you might not be abel to do it on paralelets but for the one armed version you dont eevn need them, I found out that leaning over a window or a counter of some sort where your legs can't go below it you can get in the position and do the dip , it's pretty hard to balance ofcource but I held the upper position on a window so yes it's opssible and I want to see people training for it now =]

I knew they are possible (I read a discussion bout it elsewhere), but before I train towards them I'll need much more triceps power...
The next triceps move I want to manage is Flag I think...
They are possible if legs are used for support against falling sideways.

I just tried sticking my opposite leg out diagonally to one side and was able to do 6 one arm dips on each side! I will add these into my routine, and begin doing them with my weight vest on as soon as I can. How many bodyweight sets and reps do you guys think I should work up to before adding 10 lbs?
2 X 20? more, less?
