Heya all who read this, I've never actually introduced myself on a forum before so hell, this is a first.
My name is Scott, I'm an 18 year old regular guy, intrested in bodyweight exercises. Its not that I dont like weights, its just weights are so solid, so un-reformable. There weights and thats all they'll ever be. As you get stronger, and stronger you start to not need the smaller weights, and find that its money lost. Bodyweight exercises dont cost a penny and can be changed and forever hardened.
I'm currently taking JuJitsu. It includes lots of stuff from jointlocks, holds, throws, take-downs, grappling, blocks, attacks, nerve attacks, organ attacks etc. But for me, this isnt enough. I want - I NEED more. I'm not going to be happy until I cant get any better with bodyweight exercises.
Which is why I am here, I do have a slight impediment which means I find it hard to create or think-up things on my own. And this site has access to preplanned 'lessons' for lack of a better word.
Well, cant think of anything else to say without getting off topic. So, uh thanks for reading this far if ya have, and, well thats about it.
