Hi everybody!
I'm new here, and I hope this is the right place for me. I always wanted to get in shape, but I always hated to work with iron... I finally decided to start with training.
A friend of mine has written me this plan:
1. Push-ups for chest (hands wide apart)
3 sets
2. Pullups
3 sets
3. Pullups behind head (hands wide apart)
2 sets
4. Pullups for arms (hands close to each other)
2 sets
5. Pushups for shoulders (with legs on a table and my butt above my head)
3 sets
6. Abs
3 sets
With 2 minutes of pause betwen sets. Twice a week. Also running 3 days a week.
What do you think of this training plan? I have never really been physically active (I'm a musician :roll: ), but I decided to get stronger, and gain some weight in shoulders, arms and chest (i prefer not to go to gym).
