can any1 suggest any exercises to improve strength for sports like armwrestling??

I don't know about pull ups.... those hand scruncher thingys and the thing where you lay on your side bend your elbow to 90 degrees and go back and forth. (hard to explain)

arm wrestling is weird because I have no Idea what muscle roatates the arm that way =\

I think its mainly the chest who let the arm rorate that way...

Muscle that rotate the shoulder inward, biceps, forearms. Depending on the angle of your elbow triceps can work in "over the top" range.
Get a resistance band, attach it to something and simulate the movement.
In isolation chinups will strengthen the biceps and forearm. Pushups will strengthen the front of the shoulder.
Muscleups will help a great deal, especially the transition part from the pullup to the dip.
But the best is the resistance bands.

resistance band is a good idea 8) :wink: I think it's the rotator cuff?
