Well, I could really use a good workout plan. Can someone put one together possibly, that follows the guidelines?
- I can do 1 Pullup, so exercises that can help me towards more reps would help.
- Excercises that help towards the Tuck Planche
- Exercises that can strengthen my legs a ton
- Good exercises that also help with weight loss.
It would help so much if someone could put together a routine for me.
Could the workout be for every other day so I can rest in between each session?
And please if you don't know about fitness that well please don't post here.

reverse curls and one arm rows for pull ups
frontal raises with dumbells, psudeo planche push ups, L sits, and frogstands for the planche
Pistols, cleans, deadlifts, squats, stiff legged deadlifts for the legs
and doing PK is good for conditioning 8)

Yeah but it is also killer on your joints if you don't condition enough.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I have no idea what exactly are your goals but I got two tips:
1.to increace pullup numbers and strength I reccomend doing dropsets once every few days for like 20 reps you know the pullups then holds then negetives then rows etc and doing soem easy back excersise every day except the dropset day
2.you should work a few major groups many people on this site fail to include all of them:
overhead pressing (HSPU and the like)
foreward pressing (pushups dips and the like)
rowing (pullups)
core (transerve abdomianls obliques lower back errectors and abs the best way is isometrically to promote stability)
legs prssing ( squats )
legs pulling ( lunges and stuff also worked by squats)
Calves (sort of need to be added alone )

Yeah , although not everything is junk food , for example white bread and refined sugars are fine , sure they are not good in a diet for loosing weight for some people ( some people dont get full from it ) but the stuff they label and advertise as "health food" is much worse , for example soy and its byproducts
