OK I am transferring form the weight room to the bodyweight training. My problem is during this transition ive put on the lbs. Anyone with a routine geared to fat loss? My goals are just general conditioning for health not to prepare for anything. I want to get in shape.

hmm...
Fat lose in general I would recommend 2times a week cardio. One tabata workout in a week and 2 or 3 "normal" BW exercises, with that you can train your whole body...
e.g.:
Monday: BW Exercises
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Tabata-Exercises
Thursday: free
Friday: BW Exercises
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: free
or so...
but I'm not very experienced on the topic fat lose either...
Oh, and a diet would make sense...
