I saw this site's link posted on Karateforums.com and figured I'd register, being that I'm a guy with an intense craving for exercise but no weights : (.

I'm already loving this site. Excellent resource for info that you really couldn't find anywhere else. I look forward to learning some new stuff!

well the active members are the ones that keep the forums alive and answer questions etc if you ban people who are on the forums more time you slow the growth and development of the forum ... suppose the admins owuld ban the top 10 posters the forum wouldn't only lack thier posts but much less because people reply to them and so on
