Hi all, i'd like to do a handstand but cant really kick up into a handstand, even when theres a wall in front of me. Has anyone got any tips in kicking up into a handstand ect? Thanks,

when your in the headstand position agienst a wall you dont need to kick up you can just move your legs up and that's all you start from this
Try the high incline pushups and than walk your legs up the wall. There is a book called Gravityadvantagemax, in there author recommends walking up the wall and back down as preparation for handstand.

when you are in the handstand is your back toward the wall or your front?

Go to elasticsteel.com and see one of the pictures where he goes to the handstand position on the wall. Do like that and get comfortable, if you have to fall on the back, roll out of it.
