Thanks for your creativity BWC people.

I did 4 exercises one in each direction.

Upstable, downstable, outstable and instable.

10 reps of each for 2 sets.

Two things.

Number one this feels so much more difficult than regular pushups. Dahhhhhhh... a lot of stabilization.

Number two my punches were so good after it's not funny.

Very very good warm up for punches.

I don't get one thing in the instable pushups or dunno... if the band pulls you in doesn't it assist your pecs?....

But I have so much better ideas for bands then anyone in this site can imagine =\
for one take two dumbells and a long band ,
Place your arms like this:
*----o---O-------O---o----*
o = where to place the arms
- = some constant length of the band
* = where you attach it
O-------O = the distance your arms are at shoudler width

...you need a strong band basicly but you get a very power full straight atm movement with the pecs... and also works biceps if you do it with fully straight arms... can add somde destablizing bands on top

Many people do the opposite.
