Great article , your site must have a lot more of it...
I certainly see the advantage of overhead squats the overall core strength you need to do them well is phenominal,
but correcting posture day to day is the most important part IMO, after you have strengthened the scapula and core muscules.

I 100% agree. Poor posture leads to poor biomechanics which leads to "power leakages" that leads to injury or poor perfromance. Such a phenomenal chain reaction that many of us choose to ignore. Thanks for reading my article.
