Who knows? It depends on many other things besides the stats you gave. Are you training? Do you seek improvement in some area of fitness? This site can probably help you with programs and sample workouts.

Do you mean how many should you do to be able to get into better shape?

I'd say none , considering he wasn't working out when he gained the weight

I would say he should be able to do always 10 more....
That can keep you working and get in a good shape ;-)

yea it was a stupid question, just about a month ago I could not do 1, but I am up to 4. Im very heavy for my age, other kids in my school cant do 1 that are just a little overweight.

know what? I saw people who are scrawny , probably 5 feet something 120lbs can't do a pushup
