Well, this is my workout log. I'd love to have tips on how to improve general fitness quickly, and gain strength.
5 Pullup Negatives - 10 Second Declines
5 Chinup Negatives - 10 Second Declines
Dips
Sets: 4
Reps: 3
Squats
Reps: 15
Sets: 4
Pseduo Planche Pushups
Sets: 4
Reps: 5
One Legged Hops [Both Legs]
Sets: 3
Reps: 40
Are you trying to learn how to do pull ups and increase the reps on all the other exercises listed?

Yeah, I really want to get the pullup and increase the reps on all my exercises.

By the way , can you do psuedo planches and only have like 4 reps on dips??? how close to your hips are your arms? I can hardly manage then yet I do gazilions of full dips

I don't do it with the hands backwards, I have them to the sides.

Gonna try to add some new things to my workout.
20 Full Effort Precisions (Parkour)
20 Pound Dumbell Swings
Sets: 2
Reps: 20
Lunges
Sets: 4
Reps: 15
200 Calf Raises
Arm Hang for 15 Seoncds. 3 Sets
Jump Roping for 10 or 15 Minutes.
