I just found my rings from my swing set from when I was like 5 and set them up. They are great! just trying to hold myself in the top of the dip was rather challenging  my arms were shaking a lot. They are really going to help my stabilizers and allow my muscles to grown in new ways.
I am going to practice some iron cross progressions on them, L sits, tuck planches, muscle ups, and more when I get used to them a little more.
anyone have rings?

I don't have them, but a place where I train does.
You right the make everything harder due to stability factor.
Dozens of Dips on stable bars, it's like ten on those things.
I am wondering if gymnasts did all the stuff on stable objects would their muscles develop in the same way. I mean I know that they would develop differently physiologically, but what about externally, look-wise?

They cool, too bad you can't do much for legs with those things.

For legs there are plenty of stability stuff.
Forget even about the ball. There are mats designed in such way that you can't balance well on them. There are also boards that force you to work hard, not to fall of them.

I can't wait to get rings........ there like the equelent of an entire gym in one place... you can do your entire upper body on them.....

As for stablization ... when you do dips in the rings oviously you have to think of your arms being in the right position rather then push into it and hold your body as a whole unit

I couldn't do any dips on them even though I can do like 15 on diping bars  But my chest was so striated when just holding myself up! My tri's, chest, and shoulders got a great workout. Dips on rings are similar to dumbell benching because of all the stability except like 3x's harder (my planche is going to get so much better 8) :-D ). And with my feet on a chair my Iron cross pull outs were still pretty bad (couldn't go down to far). I say a couple until I can go even with my feet on a chair. Then work on butterfiles  like straight arm pull ups. I am doing the iron cross work mainly for the freaky strength and hopefully it will help my back and bicepes for pull ups.

... or fall a sleep while hanged w\ straps... I heard birds had 300% muscle mass grows that way could it work on humans even for 10%? hahaa is it even possible?

Okey really I actually hang it there cause it looks like the best place too...
Although we might have one of the rooms in my house empty I could set up a home gym there and there will go the rings.... I will also hang a nice metal tube wherever the rigns go maybe a few of them... except making my room look more cool I could hold bunch of stuff there

Have you found a real cheap place for rings on the net? I'm talking 20-30 US, not 8 billion.

I just bought some rings for my training studio from Power Rings. They were like 69 US dollars but they were worth it. I can take them anywhere. Even though I have a studio, I always workout at the park. I take my rings with me and attach them to the tallest swing set there. Trust me they are worth the money. Train Hard.

I have the power rings and love them.....I used to train with them in the old gym where I worked. I haven't been able to hang them in the present gym but will get back to them eventually. They are worth the money and will give you a workout that you won't believe !
Plus, they are a lot of fun....you develop agility and core strength along with the shoulders and arms. My triceps got huge using the rings and my biceps grew also....and I wasn't out for size.
I did muscle-ups, back levers etc and was working on the front lever.
I miss working out on them.

Mmm well im not terribly strong yet, i can do about 10-15 bar dips and like 20-30 bench dips no problem, but would rings be worth the money for me? I dont even know if i could do anything on them yet to make them worth my while. But then again for $16 i suppose it'd be worth a shot.

The main thing is to have a place where you can hang them to get full use out of them. You want a place that's high enough to hang fully, legs extended and then be able to get all the way up to the top of a dip position without hitting anything. Without enough room you will be limited in what you can do.
Don't worry about what you can do now....you will get stronger.
When I first got mine, I could do dips etc but could barely do 1 dip on the rings. They want to move outwards and in addition to pressing your weight up, you have to control the movement of the rings.
Like all exercise...time and patience pays off.
If you have a place to use them, you will love them.

Is anyone even reading my guide on how to make your own rings?

I'm making my first pair today, Later I will think where to hang them to do crosses and stuff for now I can use them for dips on my pullup bar
