I am new to this site.
I was wondering if there is a progression to the Levels - how many reps at Level one to go to Level two...
Or are they just differing workouts.

In theory they are harder as level get's higher.
"Leveling" was a way to organize them. Although every level contains an exercises for every major muscle group so it' is balanced as well.
If you think about it, and think about other people you know, you can approximate what level you are. Than just start working on the five or so of those exercises, when you feel comfortable move to the next level.
It's that simple.

Getix got it right.
Pick the level that you are comfortable with.
Three non-consecutive days a week is the way to go.
If you haven't exercised for a long time -do one set of each for the first week. Than for the next two weeks add another set.
After that do three sets of each exercise.
When you feel solid with each move, move up a level.
Post as questions come up, if any.

thanks alot, simple as it was, it was a big help to me. I think it would be a good idea to make the rest thing a sticky, because as this community grows i feel like alot of people are gonna be asking the same question.
Cheers!

also, im just throwing this out, but the levels would be more challenging if you guys made rep requirements to get to the next level
Like:
Squat- XXXREPS before advancing to next level
that would be sweet, kind of a way to measure success for the noobies
