Full contact twists, side bridge/plank, and dare I say it... suitcase deadlifts. The first two are good enough. Forget the oblique crunches and twist crunches.

For bodyweight, Iron coil is the bombbbb.
This is the top level rotation power exercise. Try it and beg for mercy.

I tried the iron coil in the morning - this may be the ultamite king of Bodyweight rotation exercises. Not easy at all, and works so many muscle groups.

I don't really understand the Iron Coil thing, can anyone get a video up of it?

damnit, I can't find a good spot to do the iron coil on. Looks mighty challenging.

I do side planks, what "plancheismine" is doing, suitcase deadlifts and v-ups to the side. Seems to be helping a lot.

A great place to do Iron Coil is in your basement (if you have one) near where a beam meets a wall. Drive a carriage bolt into the top of the beam to keep the rope from sliding towards you and use the wall to brace ur feet. Tis what I do.

Oh! I don't have a basement but that sounds very doable...I'll find the way =)

Thanks a lot!

I dont know why people can't just do side crunches and have to complicate everything

Cause they suck :). Full contact twists, side bends, russian twists, etc. are much better.

why bother doing side cruches and side dragon flags is more then enough to get your obliques super jacked

I am not looking for the jackedlyness but the actual strength.
