I am new to the course and have a few questions. Should each level be preformed everyday everyother day or what? When should you move up a level at the end of each week, 2 weeks, or when the exercieses can be preformed easily? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is no cource but a list of excersises , Hopefully it will be improoved and reorganized soon with the help of people here

Hey swimmer,

the basic recommendation is to start with a level that is not too easy, but not too challanging. Do it three days a week. Work each exercises for 10-15 reps for 2-3 sets. When you can do everything very easy than move up to another level.
