Hey, new poster here...I have finally found my haven lol, I've been looking all over for a forums like this and now I found it! :-D Anyway, this is my workout, which I do MWF

Monday

ACTIVE STRETCHES

3X10 Alternate Leg Elev pushups

1X10 Hindu Pushups Elev Optional

2X10 Floor arm Pullover (alternate Optional)

2X10 Floor Lateral Raise

2X10 Descending REP Bicep Curl (LESSEN REP by 2 each set)

2X10 Bent Rotating Tricep Extension

10 Overhead Tricep Extensions each arm

30 Weighted Swiss Ball Crunches

Planche Progressions

STATIC STRETCHES


WEDNESDAY

ACTIVE STRETCHES

Yeah I know its all upper body for now, that's what i'm trying to focus on at first because that's what needs the most attention right now. This has bee going fairly well, i'm thinking about adding one more set to everything though. Waddaya guys think? I also need to workout my eating habits because I am an accursed ectomorph lol. :lol:

Try to have your largest meal after your work out, this way it will to rebuilding muscles.
