Hi guys,
just wondering which exercises did you choose to compete in.
I am currently on the upper body/lower body split.
I do one arm push ups, than pull ups, than two arm push ups on the upper body days.
On the lower body days I do one leg squat, step ups, lunges and squats.
It's nice to train for something. I am glad that they are having the contest. I will submit the videos in about 2-3 weeks.
