Great feats of strength.
I seen both videos before and even saved them.
These guys are one in a milion. All power to them. Most of us just train to stay in shape. These guys probably dedicated their lives to that stuff.
Still nice to see for inspiration.

Ditto, I watch anime, and there's this teeny bopper one called kaleido star/new wing. I saw an ep and was like this anime is so not realistic (what anime really is, huh?) :? , but since being on this site, and seeing parkour and this vid... apparently I was dead wrong. I'm becoming more and more obsessed with the bodyweight style. I tempted to quit school and try to get into the field when I lose the excess weight and reach a certain level of fitness.
It's videos like that, that make you question what people supposedly deem to be humanly possible and what isn't. When you see that guy doing push-ups side ways, that's crazy. I would never have believed it, and still think it might be fake since it's on a video. But I have seen some of the acrobatic circuses like Cirque du Soleil and let's not forget the chinese circus, which is mad. I mean that shows us we have levels of greatness that would be deemed godlike by some. I say screw the doctors and the naysayers on what we can and cannot due, shoot, screw what they say about genetics and body type (although I fall to their categories).
Nice vid, man! Thanks for sharing. This is my first of seeing it, and I'm bloody amazed more and more about the absolute greatness of the human physique. Not only that, I'm getting more disgusted by the fact that I treated such a fantastic machine that I am in such a way. People say love the way you are, but when you see what we could be and should be, makes definitely rethink that phrase. I think a fat person coined it. Much like I feel an ugly person coined, 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!'.
It's like not cleaning or looking after a clock lets say, that would last indefinitely, but ended up lasting only a year because of it's treatment. Just builds dust and grime and it would sooner shut down on you than if you maintained it.
Again, thanks for sharing. I loved it!! =D> \:D/

Well said my friend! Well said!
PS: Anyone know what the push up is called that Raianu performs in the video? The one that he is parallel to the ground with his feet not touching the ground and hand turned backward?

it's been talked all over this site, so called planche pushup , hard as hell to preform it like he does and like it look easy
He can do ply planche pushups according to himself at this point and malteese cross on rings

I just figured doing planches and all can be sometimes easy as in the case with bboys . unlike gymnasts(not all , the ones that do floor and use thier legs) bboys just don't train legs , 50 lbs of muscle is all it takes to bench 1000 pounds , thoose guys just have the upper bod muscles of a 180lb guy weighting 120 lbs + they are often 5'4 or less.
now there are some big guys who can do the planche and they are the ones who bench both over 300 and both 2x BW.

Koltz, where are you at with your front lever? I got stuck for a while trying to get the full extension. Solution for me was to put some surgical tubing from the ceiling to take a little bit of weight off the ends of my legs until I could get comfortable with holding the tension.
