Well what do you guys think about doing dubble unders on a jump rope , Most people can burn out very quickly doing them , at my peak with rope jumping I could do about 150 of them in a row pretty hard...
For the avrage guy carrying a set of iron balls Combining them with stuff like burpees , db snatches , clapping pushups , muscle ups , thrust squats and the like Could make a decent HOC workouthttp://www.t-nation.com/findArticle.do?article=244high2
which is pretty darn good especially for fat freinds who want to magically transform into some fitness model with abs although they never handle it.
