I woke up yesterday like I got hit by a truck. My forearms, legs, chest and arms were sore. I tried to strech and discovered I also lost like half of my flexability and I'm also still sore today. This is really wierd as not only was I not doing anything different, I didnt even work out the day before. Also I'm not the type to EVER get sore after a workout, I once even did 200 Matt Furey Hindu pushups while never doing more than 100 in the past and was only slightly sore next morning. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
