View Full Version : 100 push up program and chest program.
Both look good I want to do both of them.
Commone sence tells me that if shoot two rabits with one bullet I will miss both.
Still is there a way to do both?
Decide which one you want now. Don't try them together. Like you said commone sence is against it.
See, if you do the chest building one and get some pecs going, you will have to loose it, when you do the endurance training. May be you won't, I don't know.
Someone else posted that they will do the 100 and than the one arm.
In your case do the 100, than do it once in a while for maintanace.
After that you can easilty do the chest building one.
I should have been a professor of logic.

The chest program is suited for beginners mainly thoose are some very low resistance stuff on that, people who just want the shape to the pecs not the massive width
the 100pushup program won't shrink your chest one bit that's for sure it's not like u are running a marathon it will probably develop endurance based fibers and give yet more size if your diet is right so the body won't adopt by breaking tissue
The chest routine, is pretty much valume. It doesn't sound like volume, but it is. If you hold a muscle under stress for long it will get bigger.
Because there is isolation, you may get a slightly nicer chest from the chest routine. The 100 push up routine may not make your chest as shaped, but it will give you endurance.
As I re-read the push up routine, it does some isolation at the end.
