Any ideas on number of sets and number of reps in each set at each of the different levels

Hey hil,
Start out with one maximum set of each exercise.
After a week add another set. After two weeks add another set.
For general conditioning there is no point of going past 3 sets.
When you get good at 3 sets, move on to the next level.
P.S. When doing 2 or sets, don't go to failure. Depending on your goal of coarse.
