Has anyone done or has any footage of anyone doing one arm pushups with An extra dumbell in the other hand calpping oa pushups maybe elevated(although they train the upper chest and shoulders more)

weighted oa pushups are probably not for here but clapping and elevated ones should be added for a higher level don't you think ?

Honestly bro, I never seen a video of anyone doing a good one arm push up period. Many people do them, but they look like their first attempt.
Sure you can do them and clap your arm to your chest or jump around or something, but it probably will be dangerious since the original version is not mastered.

P.S. Can you do a few really clean one's?

I can do 5 clean ones I'm not eevn trying to do any harder varioations at the moment except a sucesfull 3 reps with a 33lb db pressed to the chest when the pushing arm is elevated (did not came out clean at all but my legs were not spread wide and I got up so it's better then nothing)

I wanna do a few reps like 15+- on the OA pushup before going for harder variations , Ill probably start with a weighted one and then move to jumping\clapping

Deos that count as clean enough? I think his legs are a bit too spread but the torso moves like it has to

This isn't too clean but looks much better then other ones

...and this is what everyone thinks of when I ask them abt 1 arm pushups... they say it's soo easy but fall on thier face after trying a real one

Second one looked cleaner than the first one. First one used momentum and his feet were pointing out.

Third one has his body crooked. His body was not straigh, but rather away from his pushing arm.

I was looking through my file footage, and found some (very old) footage of me doing one arm push ups. Obviously my form and volume is far better these days, but is this what you mean when you talk about a one arm push up?
