Hey there, new to the site, very good by the way, I love it.

Here is my standard routine.

Monday: Upper Body & Core

Pushups (About 10 or so variations, I count bar dips as a variation)
Pullups (Again, lots of variations)
Core Work (Leg Raises, Dragon Flag Negatives, Situps)
Bar Hangs (Hang on a bar, rest a bit, hang on a bar, rest a bit)

I do everything with correct form and do not cheat. I work the body past the pain barrier. It's just something I love to do. :D

Tuesday: I have soccer training on a tuesday, so I just do this as my workout.

Wednesday: Punchbag Work, Skipping, Pushups (Just regular, such a great conditioner :P)

Thursday: Same as tuesday!

Friday: Pretty much same as monday.

Saturday: I usually play soccer (90mins)

Sunday: Conditioning Workout

Burpees, Sprints, Jogging, Plyometrics.

I push myself as hard as I can but I never sacrifice form. I'm working out pretty much every night and try to get rest between workouts. For instance Tues/Thurs/Sat is soccer and mon/fri being upper body workouts, and wednesday is my free day, which i usually hit the bag on.

I've thought about taking up a Martial Art, but I don't think I could fit into my routine, as hard as I push myself, I would still be tired from all the exercises I do. I've considered boxing too, but if I do that three times a week, I'd never get in ANY additional working out.

You can do some martial arts, as some only the hardest core of classes will have a workout that wears you out doing it built in, and sparring is often akin to HIIT training. Otherwise it's an endurance workout that will teach your body to move better to accomplish a means to an end. Do it on your soccer and conditioning days. I reccomend Judo, as it is the most effective martial art to defend yourself against an average attacker. A throw and a choke is much more efficient than a thousand punches and kicks and getting a beer bottle broken over your face.

Wow,
you got allot of stuff in there.
That's what I'm talking about.
I hope you are getting a good nutrient intake to keep up with all of that.
Very nice weekly program.
