If you'd like to post pictures or video of your workout on the forum, but do not already have a website to store them, or don't know how to do it yourself, please send us your pictures or video to admin@bodyweightculture.com along with the description of what you are doing on each of the pictures or on video and we will post it here for you!
It's a great way to visiully share what works for you with everyone else!
