I have been trying the hand stand push ups for a while now.
I usually did 3 or 3.5, never complitely four.
On friday, me and my mates started with one and rest and two and rest.
Than we did as many as possible till no more could have been done.
Over the weekend I was sore. Guess what. Today I did 4.5 almost 5.
That's a pretty good increase, concidering that I could not do a full four before.
