I have been trying the hand stand push ups for a while now.
I usually did 3 or 3.5, never complitely four.
On friday, me and my mates started with one and rest and two and rest.
Than we did as many as possible till no more could have been done.

Over the weekend I was sore. Guess what. Today I did 4.5 almost 5.
That's a pretty good increase, concidering that I could not do a full four before.

Congratulations Officer,

way to go.
I would not do that everytime though. Once in a while it helps like you saw. If you do it every day, you can over stimulate your N.S. and potentially injure your muscles.

Good job, pat your-self on the back. :-D
