Dips- come down hold for 5 and come back up.

Push ups- come down to the floor an inch from the floor. 5 seconds and come back up.

Pull ups- up 5 second and back down.

Be surprised if you do half of your normal repetitions.

I'll be surprise too.

Anything different from the ordinary will fatigue your muscles faster.

why do dips and pushups in the same workout? aren't they the same , drop the pushups and do more dips instead , the pushups you shoudl be doing along with dips and pullups are handstand pushups...
