View Full Version : I just experienced something weird.
Ok usually I can do about 40 push ups straight. After my regular push ups I do one arm push ups. Today I did 12 one arm push ups on each arm. Than I did some leg exercises. When I went back to push ups, I did 62. And it felt very light.
So based on this I think that if you do one arm push ups, and than two arm push ups, you two arm push up count will increase.

You probably went from strength to endurance type of exercise. So you body allowed you to do more reps.
You just reduced your resistance by 2. And your stabilization became easier. No wonder you were able to increase by that much.
Wow with that progression, you should do over 100 in no time.
Triangle is right. Resistance was suddenly lessened and stability was increased so you should have done more. That is a bit much. Are you sure that your IV dose was correct?
Just kidding.
Thanks man, I am trying it. If it works you get the credit.
