My work out.

Run or swim. I switch every other day.

Dips, pull ups, push ups, squats, superman (for the back), last I do an abd. exercise (different each time).

Last I stretch.

Run 30 min, swim 15 minutes.

30 Dips, 12 Pull ups, 50 push ups, 30 superman, abs depens on the exrcise.

Not a bad routine, Appleman.

Cardio is there. You also work the upper body and middle and lower body. If that's what you like and it gives you results than it's something you should keep doing. There is nothing wrong with it.
