I do TKD.
Allot of stances, jumps and kicks. As a white-blue best I did allot of leg conditioning. Right now as a Black belt I don't do it.
Just wondering, anyone things it's still nessesary.

Look at professional fighters.
Most are black belts. They still condition their legs.
I would go by their example.
To be honest, may be your legs get all they need.
If you are satisfied with your kicking power and stuff, than it's all good.

TKD is the master leg work out.
I won't make your legs look like body builders legs though.
