Push ups 3 max sets
Pull ups 3 max sets
Lunges all out.
L-seat
After that I practice kicks and punches and other strikes.
Basically I use body weights as warm up. I believe that technique gives me all the strength that I need.
May be cardio and shadow boxing, kicking is a better way to warm up.
From what I know, strength conditioning should be after the technical training.

I am sorry. I don't mean to contradict but working on your kicks or punches doesnt' really make your strong. If you are in the confrontation where you have to use brute force and not strikes, what will you do than?
