Ok, I've been trolling the forums here for awhile now, and all of a sudden I found something disturbing....

I dont like it...it prevents me from seeing what people have found, tested and seen results from so much that they feel they must share it with others...so, here is my 1/10 requirement to be able to see the help files again. :D

Anyway a little about me, I'm 5'10" (177.8cm) and weigh 213lbs (96.62kg) and I'm around 25-27% BF. Horrible I know, not going to lie. Anyway, I gained this weight over the past two years of a sedentary lifestyle. I'm tired of it. At my biggest point I got up to 240lbs (108.86kg) so I've been slowly creeping back down. I've kinda hit a plateau so I decided to turn to bodyweight training. (I hate the gym, plus I want a “functional” build). If there is any workout suggestions for losing weight quickly and keeping it off, I'm all for it. I already do the Combat Conditioning Royal Court every day and a few exercises utilizing HIIT type workouts. And of course gym time... I just want to come up with a solid bodyweight only plan and stick to it.

I would also love to improve my pull ups, I'm starting to utilize the “Ladder Training” method for this. So hopefully I can do more soon (my max is 2 dead hang pull ups, not chin ups, on a good day so I use assisted pull ups for extra reps out of my zone.).

Now onto the diet portion...I just recently started the Zone diet....except I'm not really treating it like a diet, I liked it so much its been pretty much a lifestyle change for me (I even went so far as to throw out everything that even looked like candy or processed foods). I'm really pleased with the Zone so far. So I know the diet isn't too much of the problem.

Any help//suggestions would be well appreciated, as I stated above, I'd probably still be trolling around if I could see signature posts :D

Oh yea, and btw, glad to be here :P
