Hello,

Just joined and will check the site regularly but not post a lot.

54 yrs old, 5'10" 175-180 lbs, some running, pretty good cardio shape, ( want to run a marathon...also might consider Ironman someday) I love bodyweight...weight trained for years. Was pretty strong 30 years ago...now slow, old and sore. Heavily into sports when younger, knees, elbows and shoulders all creaky and noisy.

Goals...100 full slow pushups. Best is 72 a few years ago. Now 30 +/-
20 good full chins. Best is 13 also a few years ago. Now 5-7
One legged squat (pistol). Never done one.
Touch the rim again...(in my dreams)

Looking forward to reading the posts and getting some good tips.

Any "well seasoned" folks who are running/training for running events while still making gains on bodyweight training?
