Hi, my name is Demond Thompson and I've been an absolute fitness nut for nearly my entire life (minus a few years during my 20s, but a lot of us are stupid at that age.

I'm always looking for new and different ways of training and currently I'm working on my strength with gymnastic progressions (planche and back levers) and kettlebells for my conditioning.

I've found this site to be really informative and I enjoy learning new stuff.

My goals:
Free Handstand (can hold about 5 sec)
Pistols (GTG 1/leg right now)
Planche (Straight Arm Frog Stand max 25 sec)
Back Lever (Tuck Lever 42 sec max)

I also like doing kettlebell juggling as well.

How heavy are the kettleballs and how many do you juggle at once?
